前回、Amazon.caでは Price が全然違うようにアップされた、というのは
お伝えしたばかりなので
記憶に新しいかと思いますが、

eBay でもいろいろ対応の 不備はカンジました。
まあ、あのときのAmazonに比べればだいぶマシですが 。。。苦笑
とりあえず Limit upしたのに、File exchange でのアップができません。
それについて Limit Upして時間も いくらかたってから
Uploadしたのに、Listingできませんでした。
事情をを伝えたところ、
非常に長い文章が返ってきました。
ですが、これいろいろと学ぶべきところ、おもしろいところがあるので、
シェアさせていただきますね。

Moving on, I checked your account and I found out that you have reached your trade limit previously. Your trade limit is based on transaction history and reputation as a seller on eBay. Please be aware that your history of selling on eBay and past due balance will have impact on trade limit as well. This limit has affected the following users:
–User’s registered on sites Singapore Malaysia, Philippines and Hong Kong
–User’s registered in countries China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, South Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Laos, Cambodia, Macau
This was requested and approved by the South East Asia business unit in conjunction with the global collections teams. Members need to pay their account balance down below the limit with one-time payments.
This is the reason why you encountered that error, but there is certainly nothing for you to worry, Shinobu because I learned that you have already paid for your fees for these limits, so you can now relist your item.
As for your selling limits, don’t worry as well because this does not cause the error. We decided to increase your selling limits because you were able to maintain food performance in selling. Not all sellers are given this privilege that’s why if you’re limits were increased, it will only mean that you’re able to establish good selling history which is really good! Congratulations, Shinobu!

途中、
「Trade limit があったりするのよ」とか（そんなこと今まで何回もあげたけどはじめてだからありえない^^;）
「One time paymentsの確認ができなかったから」（当然、払ってるしw）
とか話をそらされた感、焦点をずらそうとしている感は
あるのですが。。。^^;
全体的に
・顧客の名前を何度も書く
・できる限りの付随する情報を書く
などあり、
ちょっと笑ってしまいましたが、
「すべてのセラーがあなたのようLimitが上げられるわけでなく」とか

最終的に自分の国を褒めてくれているし、
違う部分で いい気分にさせてくれようとしていますw
「おめでとう！」とか言われて 必要以上に名前を入れて（爆）
これ、作戦かな？
実際に 笑ってしまった自分がいるということは
こういうサポート、最先端なサポートなんでしょうか。
でも 結局、この記事からは CSVがなんでダメだったか、原因だったかわからない^^;
ちなみに Error reasonは
Error – The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy.
「Error : 不適切な文章がタイトル/商品説明に入っているから。。。」
そんなはず、ない。。。笑
ちなみに 全然まとはずれなこちらに落ち度がないと考えられる）理由でアップロードできないError reasonはこれが多いです。
